Public demonstrations are fictional and synthetic. No live customer workflow or integration is represented.

Customer Rebuild

Rebuild one workflow with the boundaries agreed first.

Customer Rebuild is the Yardset-led implementation route after a Workflow Study shows that one bounded workflow is clear, valuable and ready enough to change. The solution may use process change, existing software, integration, deterministic automation or controlled AI.

A rebuild is never assumed during discovery. It requires a completed Study, a separate scope and explicit approval.

What gets defined

A fixed piece of work with a visible finish line.

  • The workflow trigger, intended outcome and accountable owner.
  • Agreed inputs, outputs, systems and handoffs.
  • Exceptions, refusal boundaries and named human decisions.
  • Acceptance criteria and a staged synthetic test path.
  • Implementation scope, exclusions and third-party dependencies.
  • Handover, operating instructions and separately agreed support.

The recommendation

The smallest sensible implementation—not AI for its own sake.

A Customer Rebuild may be better process, an existing SaaS product, configuration, integration, conventional automation, controlled AI or a combination. The Study may also show that Yardset should not build anything.

What it is not

A bounded implementation, not an open-ended technology project.

  • Not unlimited custom development.
  • Not automatic access to client systems or real information.
  • Not permission for autonomous consequential actions.
  • Not Production support unless separately scoped.
  • Not a promise of savings or accuracy.
  • Not a go-live date before evidence and scope exist.

Readiness boundary

Design first. Connect later, one controlled dependency at a time.

Yardset can design and test the front-end workflow with fictional information before connectors are introduced. Payments, Microsoft services, CRMs, inboxes and other integrations are separate implementation decisions with their own permissions, failure handling and acceptance checks.

Start with one repeated workflow

First, find out whether the workflow is ready to rebuild.

The free discovery call establishes whether a paid Workflow Study is justified. No documents, credentials or system access are needed for that first conversation.
