AI Concierge
Practical guidance for the team doing the work.
AI Concierge is Yardset's guided monthly working relationship for teams implementing the levers identified in a completed Workflow Study. It turns experiments into owned actions, review habits and better workflow decisions.
AI Concierge is recommended only after a paid Workflow Study. Commercial terms are agreed before the service begins.
What is included
A small, regular rhythm that keeps useful work moving.
- Two 45-minute Microsoft Teams working sessions each month.
- Brief preparation against the agreed priorities.
- A concise next-moves summary after each session.
- Bounded Teams support for clarification and short implementation questions.
- An in-scope response within one Brisbane business day.
- Visible owners, approvals, boundaries and next actions.
The response target is not a resolution time, emergency-support commitment or after-hours service.
Monthly access
Pay for the month you want. Arrange the two sessions you have secured.
Each Concierge month is purchased in advance and includes two 45-minute working sessions. If you do not purchase the next month, the service pauses without a cancellation notice or minimum initial term.
What we work on
Internal learning tied to the real workflow.
- Choosing the next useful workflow or AI lever.
- Deciding what not to automate.
- Prompts, checklists, playbooks and review habits.
- Small customer-led tests and correction records.
- Owners, approvals, information boundaries and success measures.
- Deciding when a lever needs a separately scoped implementation.
Clear separation
Guidance and implementation are kept separate.
AI Concierge does not include building, configuring, integrating, deploying or operating a workflow. When Yardset implementation is justified, Customer Rebuild is proposed separately with its own scope, acceptance criteria, price and approval. Production support, emergency response and unlimited written work are also excluded.
Start with one repeated workflow
Start by deciding whether the workflow is worth studying.
Use the free 20-minute discovery call to describe the repeated work and its business consequence. If there is a credible opportunity, the next step is a paid Workflow Study.
