Hi there, We're clearing out the old warehouse at 14 Kestrel Way, Brindle Flat and need the concrete slab pulled up in the back section - roughly 80 square metres give or take. Can you get us a quote by Friday? The agent needs numbers before the weekend. Site's tight for access, you can only get in after 10am because the tenant is still moving gear out in the mornings. There's an asbestos register somewhere from the last survey, I'll have to dig it out. Not sure how thick the slab is or if it's got mesh or bar in it, it's pretty old. Also not clear who's carting the spoil away - is that on you or us? Let me know what you need. Cheers, J. Marsh Northvale Holdings (fictional)
After — organised job brief
Ready to demonstrateChoose “Turn into a job brief” to organise the enquiry into supplied facts, missing details, risks and next actions.
Human review checkpoint
This brief is not final. A person must review it.
Nothing is sent and no work is accepted. In a configured Yardset workflow the draft reply and job brief wait in a review queue until an authorised person approves, rejects, or requests a correction.
This demonstration uses fictional, synthetic enquiries only. It is not connected to any mailbox, CRM, job-management system, Supabase, or n8n workflow, and it never sends email. It is safe for public deployment.
